Middle Tennessee Tattoo Expo

FAQ’s

Q: Can I get a tattoo at the event?

Over 380 tattoo artists are attending who want to tattoo YOU! Some are booking in advance, most are accepting walk-ups. There will be portfolios to check out and flash designs to choose from at each artist booth. Bring your I.D. and cash! Many artists accept Venmo or Cash App.

Q: Who are the attending artists?

The Artist Line-Up page is updated regularly, and we plan to have everyone published by September 1.

Q: Booking ahead vs walking-up… which one is right for you?

Got your eye on someone specific? We recommend booking ahead - artist contact info is listed on the Artists page.

Feeling spontaneous? Just about every artist will have flash and pre-drawn designs ready to go. Just show up and let your gut (or your heart) decide.

Q: How do I book a tattoo ahead of time?

On the Artists page, click the artist you’re interested in and their preferred booking instructions will be provided. Many can book through email or from a website. Most artists book through Instagram. If you aren’t on the app, just reach out to us and we’ll see if we can get you connected!

The convention is open to the public:

  • Friday, November 6: 2pm - 10pm

  • Saturday, November 7: 11am - 10pm

  • Sunday, November 8: 11am - 8pm

Q: How much are tickets?

Q: Does the ticket cost go towards my tattoo?

No, the ticket cost for entry is separate from the tattoo cost.

Q: What is the parking situation?

Parking at the Fairgrounds is $10 per day, cash only. If you leave and plan to return the same day, make sure to ask for a same-day re-entry ticket (not valid across multiple days).
