Vendor booths are full for 2026 but we have a waitlist going on!

New this year, we are expanding into Expo 2 which will host the Body Suit Art Show, ticketing entrance, and the vendor booths.

  • After your application is approved, a $100 deposit is required within two weeks of approval to secure your booth. The remaining balance is due by August 1. A payment link will be included in your approval email.

  • Booth Dimensions:
    Each standard booth is 10′ × 10′ and includes 8′-tall pipe-and-drape backing with 3′-tall pipe-and-drape side walls.

    Tables:

    • One 8′ × 31″ table

    • One 6′ × 30″ table

    Chairs:
    Each retail booth includes two chairs.

  • Vendors are added to the website once payment is made in full. Social media posts featuring vendors will begin rolling out in September and October.

  • The only way to select booth location is to purchase a corner booth. We are open to requests and love putting friends next to each other so feel free to reach out.

  • For those looking to stay within walking distance of Broadway, we’ll have a discounted room block at Holiday Inn & Suites Nashville Downtown. A booking link will be shared soon. If the rooms fill up, let us know and we’ll see about adding more.

    Another solid, reasonably priced hotel option near Broadway is Drift Hotel. As always, Airbnb is a great option. East Nashville is a popular area to check out.

  • All artists and vendors are invited to join us for a pre-show party at Safe House Tattoo Studio on Thursday evening, November 5. It’s a casual welcome to Nashville and a chance to kick off the weekend together before the show begins!

  • Vendors may load in on November 5 from 4:00–7:00pm and on November 6 from 8:00–11:30am.

    The show opens up to the public on Nov 6 at 2pm.
